BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
LeMAR INC. is a Machine, Fabrication and Service Company specializing in Oil, Gas, and Coal Mining. At the present time, LeMAR INC. services mining companies in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming with a workforce that includes machinists, certified welders, and mechanics. LeMAR INC’s equipment inventory contains a fleet of trucks and trailers for use in the industry. LeMAR INC. is a privately held company, incorporated in the State of Utah since Dec. 1988.
At the present time LeMAR INC. services conpanies in Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Montana and Utah with a 15 employee workforce.

MANAGEMENT AND OWNERSHIP
The President of the company is LynnDa Buchanan, an experienced businesswoman. Vice President, Chuck Buchanan has over 27 years of related experience. He managed Mt. States Machinery, Hammond Electric Co., Mine Service Co., and Baker Mine Service for 15 years prior to opening LeMAR INC. in 1988. LeMAR INC. began operations in a 1,200 sq.ft. shop and has grown in size to 24,000 sq. ft. of work area after the purchase of the old Jenmar Facility in 1994. At the present time LeMAR INC’s 24,000 sq. ft. of Roof Line includes 4,000 sq. ft. of machine shop; 7,200 sq. ft. of Fabrication Shop for Rebuild and Repair; 4,800 sq. ft., Covered Storage area; 2,400 sq. ft., Sandblast Area; 2,400 sq. ft. Warehouse Area; 1,200 sq. ft. and 3.5 acres Fenced Yard Storage. The facility is located at 378 North Main Street in Helper, Utah.
